Ham and Cheese Sliders

It’s been some time I had Christmas ham, so taking some out of the freezer was in order. I had mini pretzel rolls in the freezer as well. So I decided to through together some ham and cheese sliders.

First preheat the oven to 350. In a small bowl I threw together some melted butter, minced garlic and parsley. I brushed this on the bottom of a glass Pyrex baking dish and then added the bottom of the slider rolls to the dish. On each roll I added honey Dijon mustard and layered ham and cheese. I kept alternating these layers for about 3 times each. I then added the top of each bun and brushed it with the butter. I baked everything for about 20 minutes until the cheese was good and the top of the sliders were golden brown.

They were the prefect lunch option and reheated well in the toaster oven!
