As a foodie, I cannot spend a weekend and not bring food! (even when I am told not to bring anything lol) So for my weekend with Mary Kate and the Schneider family I brought ingredients to make an easy pasta dish – it turned out amazing and was super easy!
Here is what you need: 1 lb. of pasta (we used rotini), 24oz. jar of pasta sauce (we used marina), bag of frozen meatballs, 3 cups of water, shredded cheese (we used an Italian blend) and of course a side of garlic bread to complete the meal!

This recipe is a dump and bake and it so yummy you would never know! First preheat the oven to 425 and take a glass baking dish and spray with cooking spray. Then add your pasta, and jar of sauce. Fill the jar with water and add that as well (24 oz is 3 cups so not measuring tools needed!). Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Next add the frozen meatballs (they can be thawed out a bit). Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 35 minutes.

Then take out the dish, cover with cheese and recover with foil and bake for about another 20 minutes. We placed the garlic bread in the oven as well and all finished at the same time. It turned out to be a delicious Italian dinner (so much so that we decided to have 2 rounds LOL)! It was easy, quick and definitely will be made again. I think next time I will try alfredo sauce and some froze grilled chicken and maybe some spinach! I think the options can be endless!
