I was in the mood for brownies, but didn’t have a box and also wanted to be healthier – not completely healthy haha. So I attempted a baked oatmeal brownie style.
It was super easy and quick! Start by preheating the oven to 350. I took 2 cups oatmilk, ¼ cup sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar and vanilla and mixed it well together. Then I added 2 cups rolled oats, ¼ cup cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. ground flax seed, 1 tsp. baking powder and a pinch of salt. I mixed well until all combined. Lastly, chocolate chips were added!
I added this to a greased baking dished and then baked for about 40 minutes. It didn’t completely satisfy the brownie craving. But it was delicious and I felt guilt free eating it LOL!
