While shopping in Delaware, you need to stop for some good eats. Love going to Café Napoli, but Sunday’s they aren’t open. So venture to Hibachi Grill and Supreme Sushi Buffet in the same shopping center and indulge on this all you can eat buffet!
Ambiance/Atmosphere: As covid has changed things, it is nice to go back and enjoy buffet style restaurants! This one in particular has several buffets of hot food options, cold/salads, a sushi buffet and a made to order hibachi grill! Staff are friendly and quick at clearing plates and refilling drinks.

Drinks: Go to foundation drinks, water and hot tea available for order! This time around I ordered a water and a mountain dew as bubbles were needed after a long car ride and an extra caffeine fix for a day of shopping!

Menu: As mention, they have a wide variety of food options. I love starting with sushi. They have fresh sashimi, sushi and rolls to pick from! I love getting a plate of a variety (the raw salmon and tuna are my favorite). Hot food options, I like to get some green beans and mushrooms as the veggies, definitely select the dumplings and shumais, chicken on the stick and fried oysters! Round two always needs to include more sushi variety and then hit up the hibachi grill. I decided on a lo mein with egg noodles, carrots, onions, zucchini, mushrooms and shrimp with a soy garlic sauce. It was delicious fresh and noodles are my favorite Asian meal! Lastly, I like to finish with egg drop soup and some crunch fried noodles to settle the stomach. I opted to have not dessert this time around as the ice cream options did not thrill me LOL.

Tips/Recommendations: Lunch time is a great time to go and get a good bank for your buck. However, there are more sushi options at dinner. If you go on the weekend like a Sunday, it’s one price with all options. They have plenty of seating, so waiting should not be an issue! If you want the hibachi, though sometimes there is a wait. They can accommodate bigger parties, but call ahead so they can have tables ready for you! And as always try something new every time you go!

I always start with two plates. Sushi on one and fried calamari, eggplant, green beans, bochoy and dumplings on the other lol. I also had some lo mein.
