Need good sushi and a night out? Then Bluefin in Eagleview Town Center is where you want to go next!
Ambiance/Atmosphere: This cute and smaller spot has a Asian vibe with a modern twist. There are booths, tables and a sushi bar to sit and enjoy your meal. It is a chill atmosphere and great for a night out with friends, family or date night. Staff are friendly and give great recommendations. The chef event sent over a small sample of something not on the menu!
Drinks: They have your basic beverage options but they are BYOB as well. A bottle of white wine was brought to enjoy with the fresh seafood!

Menu: The menu has so many options. If you like sushi like me, you will have a hard time deciding. You will want to order classics and special rolls, seasonal specials; essentially the whole menu! LOL and a sampling/variety was ordered. Started by ordering off the specials menu, as you know they will not always be available. Salmon ceviche and the chef roll. Both were so fresh, smooth yet very flavorful. The scallops in the chef roll literally melted in your mouth.

Next up was the shrimp tempura and fresh sashimi (yellow tail and fluke). Again, the fish was so fresh and delicious. The shrimp were crunch and not over coated, just a bit too over cooked for me.

Next up were the rolls. The dragon roll, Bentley roll, oyster mushroom roll and the Wellington roll were the selected one to order. Every one of them were so delicious and fresh. Ranking of the best roll changed with each bite LOL. I think my favorite is a tie between the Bentley and the Wellington roll. But honestly, you cannot go wrong with ordering any of them.

It wouldn’t be a complete meal without ordering dessert. Especially when mochis are on the menu lol. Three flavors were ordered and in order of preference: coffee, ube and chocolate. You have to be careful that they do not melt fast before you eat them. But they were the perfect ending to a delicious meal! Click here to see the full menu!

Tips/Recommendations: They do take walk-ins as well as reservations. Getting there right when they open you have no issues. However they get very busy and a reservation is highly recommended. Order from the specials menu as they are not always available. Save room for dessert, especially if you like mochis. And as always, try something new every time you go.

I’m thinking I’d like to have some sushi and finish it off with the ube cake. Yum
