A night out exploring new places and found myself at Bistro on Bridge in Phoenixville.
Ambiance/Atmosphere: The town was decorated for the holidays and it was so fun to see! Bistro on Bridge was also decorated for the holidays and very festive! It was a busy night but not so busy that it did not make time enjoyable. They have bar, high tops, tables and upstairs area. It’s a great spot for happy hour, night out with friends, date night or a family gathering! The bar has plenty of TVs for you to catch any big games as well!
Drinks: A big selection of beers, wines, cocktails and more!! They have seasonal flavors for cocktails, so make sure you check them out. I ordered the seasonal blood orange flavored margarita (not currently available lol). It was delicious, and I may have had multiple. It gets a 10/10!
Menu: To go with the theme of all places I go to… a big menu with so many options and hard decisions! Around the table we ordered a few starters poke wonton crisps with ahi tuna, raw oysters and the beer batter French fries. The fries were my favorite! They were like mini steak fries, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. They were served with a beer batter cheese sauce. Another 10/10! Fish tacos and the short rib bowl were also ordered. The home fries in the bowl were so delicious, but not as good as the french fries LOL. The short rib was tender and tasty, but a 7/10 compared to the short rib at Bloom (it’s hard to top lol). Overall still a spot with great food that is worth checking out more of there menu. Click here to see more!
Tips/Recommendations: First, add this to your list of places to check out! They look to have a great happy hour menu to check out. They were very busy on a Saturday night. They do have the option to join the wait list prior to going, as well as making reservations. I would definitely recommend making a reservation! The beer batter fries are your must order item. And as always, try something new every time you go!
