Blended Overnight Oats

I loved a good overnight oat for breakfast the next day. I thought I would try a blended recipe. Here is how it came together. I am still unsure if I will be trying this recipe again. Or at least the blended part, because I feel like it was too much of a liquid LOL.

In a blender I mixed: 1 banana, ½ cup rolled oats, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, ½ tsp. chia seeds, ½ tsp. ground flax seeds, ½ cup oat milk, and 2 tbsp. peanut powder. Once smoothed, I poured it into bowl. Then I mixed 1 tbsp. cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. sugar and a splash of oat milk and cream to make a ganache topping. I placed in the fridge overnight. Overall taste gets a 9/10. The consistency just was too much like a smoothie and did nothing for me LOL. It was too liquidy.
