Will’s and Bill’s Brewery (Berwyn, Pa)

You can see Will’s and Bill’s Brewery driving right off 202 and every time I passed it, I had to keep making a mental note to check this place out! One night after soccer, we decided to check it out. And as predicted… I cannot wait to go back!

Ambiance/Atmosphere: This place is a great combination of classic bar and restaurant meets sports bar. There is plenty of seating around, even rooms you can rent for special events. Their patio is covered by a temperature controlled tent. They also have a nice big bar and plenty of TVs around for you to catch the latest game. We sat at the bar and it was pretty late on a Wednesday night, but it wasn’t too busy.

Drinks/Cocktails: They have a variety of their own beer on tap as well as cocktails. I tried their one sour they had that was lemonade/watermelon infusion. It was a subtle flavor, nothing like the fake Jolly Rancher watermelon flavors you may use to. It was a perfect tart and balance sour that was delicious! I give it a 10/10! I kicked the keg, or else I probably would have had a second glass or maybe third LOL. Click here to see the full drink menu.

Menu: Another great menu with a variety of option for you to choose. They have a list of daily specials and season items. We started with the calamari. It gets 12/10. It was perfectly crispy and light battered. You also get a huge portion! It was so delicious! I was pretty hungry so we also ordered the salmon wrap to split. The salmon was flavored perfectly and flaky. It was serve with French fries that were crispy, yet soft on the inside and the perfect salty taste! Both the wrap and the fries get 12/10 as well. Tips/Recommendations: If you are planning to go on the weekend, or with a bigger party, you want to make a reservation. We stopped after soccer one Saturday and the wait was 3hours for a bigger party without a reservation! They offer happy hour, that I want to check out next. So if you go, let me know how it is! I would definitely recommend trying one of their beers! The calamari is a must order! And as always try something new every time you go!
