More Sunday Funday foods .. Buffalo Chicken Sliders!
Another easy and fun recipe! I followed similar steps for my buffalo chicken dip. However, I used boneless/skinless thighs. I placed the thighs in the crock pot with a bit of salt, pepper and adobo seasoning. On high I cooked them about 3 hours.
I then shredded the thighs, added a block of cream cheese, hot sauce, blue cheese dressing and mozzarella cheese. Again, we don’t measure we dump and taste. I let it in the crock pot on high for another 30 minutes. Then I combined all together, added more cheese; this time cheddar cheese! I gave it another stir and switch the crock pot to warm setting.
I preheated the oven to 350. I then took a glass Pyrex baking dish and sprayed it with cooking spray. Placed down mini potato rolls that were sliced in half. I then added sliced white cheddar, then buffalo chicken dip then more white cheddar. Then added the top of the rolls. I melted some butter with minced garlic and parsley. Then spread on top of all the rolls. I baked everything for about 10 minutes until the top of the rolls were a golden brown then enjoyed!
These were sooo delicious. I feel like I need to have more slider recipes to my Sunday Funday line up. Add your suggestions below!

I’ve never really made sliders. I have made bunsteads which was a tuna medley that we put in rolls and baked but that was a very very long time ago lol
