Easy Homemade Cheez-Its

Found this quick hack/recipe while scrolling through social media so I decided to give it a go! I mean who doesn’t love cheese or cheez-its?

It’s super quick and easy. Preheat the oven to 275. I cut my slices of Colby jack cheese into 4 squares. I placed them on a parchment lined baking sheet. I then took a straw to poke a hole in the center of each square. I sprinkled them with salt and everything but the bagel seasoning. I baked them for about 30 minutes, until they were golden brown and crispy!

They are pretty addicting! They do not quite taste like a cheese, but they are delicious and I would make them again! I will even mix it up and try other cheeses. They are best a few minutes after taking them out of the oven. Left over they are not as crispy, yet still addicting!
