Corn Cob Ribs

After getting some farm fresh corn (thanks mom and dad LOL). I decided to try the corn ribs trend. They were pretty easy to make and tasty! Though, I am not convinced they were easier to eat hahaha.

Start by cutting the corn into wedges or ribs. I cut the cob in half then cut into ribs to make it easier. Next I placed the ribs in a bowl and tossed them with EVOO, salt, pepper and old bay. I popped them in the air fryer at 400 for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket a couple times so the cook evenly.

Once they were done, I placed them back in the bowl with some butter and seasoned them a bit more with old bay. They were fun and different. The smaller ribs were hard/more work to eat. But I think I would make them again for corn a different way!

Have you tried to make corn ribs before? I am open to any suggestions!

Live to Eat,
Tiv
