Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Here is your warning … the next few posts you will see all have one thing in common… BACON. I may or may not have tried to wrap bacon around multiple things LOL. First up was Bacon Wrapped Asparagus. This recipe is super easy to follow. If you love bacon and you like asparagus, then this is for you! All you need is bacon, asparagus, EVOO, salt and pepper.

Start by preheating the oven to 400. Then trim off the woody ends of your asparagus. Next, I tossed it in EVOO, salt and pepper. I took my slices of bacon and I cut them in half long ways. I then wrapped each piece of asparagus with a strip of bacon. I placed them on my copper pan and baked them about 15-18 minutes.

I then placed them in the high broil for another minute or two to get them be a bit crispier! You can flip them over half way through, but my copper pan helps to have the all-around cook! They were easy, quick and turned out so delicious; a fun finger food. We had a few left over and to reheat I placed them in the air fryer at 400 for about 2-5 minutes. They were still just as delicious as the first night.

Have you made bacon wrapped asparagus before? I think next time I will try them on the grill pan!
