Roasted Broccoli

As I said, I want to try different recipes in my copper pan! Up next was broccoli! It was quick and delicious!

I started by preheating the oven to 425. Next I chopped the broccoli. Then tossed it with EVOO, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and parmesan cheese. Next I spread them out in the copper pan. I tried to make sure they were not touching and then popped them in the oven for about 20 minutes!

They came out great! They were crispy and delicious. Some of the smaller pieces were a bit over cooked, but still delicious! How do you like to season your broccoli!? I think next time I will make a cheese sauce to go with them!
