Dill Pickle Dip

Where are my pickle lovers at????? Dill pickles are my favorite. I love them plain, fried, on my burgers and now in this BOMB of a dip! It is super easy, quick and awesome for parties and snacking!

All you need is:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 3 tbsp. pickle juice
  • 1 tsp. dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper

I start by giving the pickles and onions a rough chop. Then add them in the bowl with the soften cream cheese. Next add the pickle juice, dill, salt and pepper. I begin to combine all ingredients.

Next I added everything to the food processor. On chop, I continued to finely chop the ingredients and combined them. Lastly, I change the setting to puree and continued to mix until the dip was well combined and smooth. Refrigerate over night for best results!

This dip was delicious with veggies, chips, pretzels and spread on a burger! Honestly I am obsessed and it may just be my new favorite dip! Do you have a favorite way to eat dill pickles?! I want to hear all about it!

Live to Eat,
Tiv
