Creamy Clam Linguini

Pasta is one of my favorite go-to comfort foods. I love that it’s quick to make and delicious. Creamy sauces are my favorite for pastas. That is why I decided to make white clam linguini in a creamy style!

What you need:
  • 1 can white clam sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb. linguini
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • Parsley
  • ½ -1 cup of parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Old bay
  • Blackened seasoning

As I said, this recipe is quick and easy! Start your pasta water first. In sauce pan, combine the can of white clam sauce and dice tomatoes. Mince the garlic and add it. Allow the sauce to simmer. Slowly add the heavy cream and stir. Turn the heat down to medium-low and continue to simmer.

Next start cooking your linguini per the box. Finally added the cheese and parsley to the sauce a simmer a few more minutes, continually stirring. Taste the sauce and season with salt, pepper, old bay and blackened seasoning. Once the pasta is done, drain and toss it in a bowl with some of the sauce.

I have also made this recipe without the diced tomatoes and it is just as good! You taste more of the clams. So if you aren’t big on clams, adding the tomatoes helps to hide them! What is your favorite creamy pasta sauce! I love to try more quick and easy recipes! Comment below!
