Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes

I love sweet potatoes, especially during the fall season! Even more so when I can get them locally from The Goat! I was looking for an easy and quick way to prep them and decided why not air fry them.

First, I started by washing them off and dicing them. I preheated the air fryer to 400. I tossed the sweet potatoes with avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and brown sugar. I air fried them for about 10-12 minutes. After removing them, I tossed them again in a bit of brown sugar while they were still warm.

They were crispy, yet very tender. The brown sugar gave just the hint of sweetness that pair so well pork! What is your favorite way of making sweet potatoes? Comment below!
