Deviled Eggs

I have never made deviled eggs before. I love to eat them, just never made them. For Easter, I decided to give making them a try and now I wish I made more LOL.

I hard boiled 6 eggs. Once they chilled, I peeled them, cut in half and separate the cooked yokes into a bowl. To the yokes I added mayo, yellow mustard, salt and pepper. I eye balled my “measurements” but it was about 2 parts mayo to 1 part yellow mustard and then salt and pepper to heart. I tasted it and it was the perfect balance, so I filled eat egg half with the yoke filling and then topped with paprika. Next time, I want to bread and fry the egg white halves before adding the filling for a fried devil egg!

What is your favorite way to make deviled eggs? Comment below!

  1. I love horseradish and mustard and Mayo in them. Haven’t made them in forever. Frying the egg whites sounds interesting
