It is as simple as it sounds and all you need is cheese, pickles and egg roll wrappers. I heated some oil in a pan. Took a pickle spear and wrapped a slice of Havarti cheese around it, then rolled it up in an egg roll wrapper. I fried to delicious, crispy golden brown and enjoyed! They were the perfect cheesy snack and I may have enjoyed them more than the cheesy fried pickles. I used some sirracha and ranch and Molly suggested and they were perfect! Now I am trying to find the perfect dip to eat with them! As well as other fun recipes to use egg roll wrappers for!
