Cheesy Fried Pickles

Okay, I jumped on this viral trend of cheesy fried pickles. It was delicious. The perfect cheesy and salty snack! It was easy and will continue to be a repeat snack in rotation!

It was so easy, just take any cheese you have and let it melt and crisp in the pan. Then add a pickle and roll it up and keep it in the pan one more minute. BAM! The perfect cheesy fried pickle!

I may need to continue and put a new twist to the trend and try some other cheesy fried food items – what do you think?
