Homemade Stuffing

Ever in the mood for stuffing when it is not Thanksgiving or any other holiday? Well, Casey and I always are LOL. We love stuffing. So last playdate, we made our own homemade stuffing. It turned out pretty freaking amazing, and it was easy to make!

Start by preheating the oven to 325 and cubing your bread. We used about a half loaf of white bread. Chop onions and celery and sauté in a pan with salt, pepper and parsley. We used butter and oil in the pan. In a large bowl mix the cubed bread, sautéed veggies and about 2 cups of chicken broth. You want to make sure that the bread is coated/wet. We used a glass Pyrex baking dish and sprayed it with cooking spray. You can also line with foil or parchment paper for easy removal.

We baked for about 25-30 minutes and then broiled for the last few minutes as we wanted the top to be a bit more brown/crunchy. It came out perfectly! 10/10 and it was super easy to make. We may be having stuffing way more often now!
