Grandma requested easy pumpkin spice cookies, so then you deliver!
This recipe was super quick and easy. It is only two ingredients: spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin filling. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the cake mix and pumpkin filling until there are no lumps and the batter is smooth. Drop dollops of the batter on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart from one another. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the edges are brown. Remove the baking sheets and allot them to cool still on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, and then move them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
It was a super easy recipe, that grandma really enjoyed! They became more like a muffin top rather than a cookie for me. So I am not sure I would make them again. Unless of course grandma requested them LOL.
