Tio Mexican Restaurant (Berwyn, PA)

As I still play catch up here…let’s flash back to national guacamole day. I was to stop for something yummy on my way home – but it slipped my mind. So a door dash order kind of night it was. I decided to try the taco spot around the corner, Tio Mexican Restaurant. And yes, no shame here, I still had it delivered. So here is my mini review (until I go back and eat there and/or try more of their menu!).

I order guacamole, given the day of course. It was delicious! But a bit pricey for the small size (8.99 for a small side cup). I would have made a big complaint if I didn’t have a promo ordering on door dash, so that price wasn’t that big of a blow LOL. But I will say for taste, I give it a 8.5/10 and it paired so perfect with the house made tortilla chips! I decided to also order their tacos. They have a great trio option, that you can select what three proteins you would like. I selected ground beef, chorizo and carnitas all on corn tortillas!  They all get a 9/10! I think the chorizo was my favorite, but carnitas was a close second! Overall it was a delicious dinner, even better when it can be delivered LOL. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu!
