Another night out with gym friends calls for more good eats and drinks! We went to the Flying Pig in Malvern.
Ambiance/Atmosphere: As in the name, there are “flying” hanging pigs around the pub. This pub style restaurant has some bar seating, high top tables and some lower tables. We went in on a Thursday night, after the dinner crowd died down. It was a relaxed setting and we sat and the bar. The bartenders were very friendly and welcoming!
Drinks/Cocktails: A variety of draft and bottle beers, cocktails, malt drinks – your typical bar options! We opted to have a few blue moons for a refreshing summer night treat!
Menu: I had looked at the menu before arriving and decided to order the buffalo chicken wrap. But of course there were specials when we arrived and I had to order the pork belly tacos instead LOL. I was not disappointed at all either. They were delicious, tender, flavorful and paired with pineapple. It was the perfect taco for the summer. I give them a 10/10. Wings and fries were also ordered. Tips/Recommendations: I would say their fries are must order. They were very crispy but still soft on the inside and had great flavor! They have peak times and do get very busy. Try to come later on an off time or do take out! And as always, try something new every time you go.
