We decided to celebrate Halloween with few of our teammates in West Chester. We started with dinner and drinks at Stove and Tap … I am still dreaming about our delicious food!
Ambiance/Atmosphere: This bar is a VIBE; a vibe that I am ready to go back again and again! There are tables, wooden bench/booths and bar seating! We went on a Saturday night when they have live music. Rowdy Howdy and the Infinite Party was the band that night and they were AMAZING. One of the only bands we’ve heard that played the entire Thriller song! They set the mood perfect for Halloween in the costumes along with all of the Stove and Tap staff. It was such a fun atmosphere that we cannot wait to go back!
Drinks/Cocktails: They offer a variety of beers, both drafts and bottles as well as cocktails! They had a Halloween drink special, A blood bag, which was a play on a vodka red bull. But I opted to order a margarita, you know me and my tequila LOL. Both were delicious a get a 9/10!
Menu: I looked at the menu before coming (one of the main reason we selecting here for dinner lol). They had pork belly bao buns on the menu and they were a MUST order. We give them a 12/10. They were so tender and flavorful, we could have ordered two more orders and just ate that as our meal LOL. Also on the menu was brisket mac and cheese. This is another MUST order. Made and served in a hot skillet gave it a crispy crust! The cheese blend with the brisket was delicious. It gets a 10/10. We just wish it had more brisket! Last item we ordered were their wings with their house hot sauce. They get an 11/10. They were so cripsy, still juicy and the homemade hot sauce was delicious! Click here to see more of their menu.
Tips/Recommendations: We had a reservation for a Saturday night, and we would definitely recommend making one if you going at a peak weekend time or if you have a bigger party! Every food item we ordered – get it. Especially the pork bell bao buns. You will not be disappointed! The beer and some cocktails can be order by the pitcher, which is perfect for big parties! And as always, try something new every time you go!
