Sly Fox (Malvern, PA)

Another team outing calls for more good and drinks! This time we decided to try Sly Fox in Malvern. It’s right next to Bomb Tacos! Sly Fox has their own beer, cocktail menu and a bomb ass food menu!

Ambiance/Atmosphere: They stay true to the pub style experience where you order at the bar and they give a number for you table. Inside is spacious with bar seating, tables and high top tables. Outside they have tent with seating and plenty of outdoor seating, that connects and shares with Bomba. This is definitely the summer spot to be!

Cocktails/Drinks: As I said they have their own beer; a great variety of options for you to choose. As well as some seasonal cocktails. I ordered the Reading Premier (light and crisp) and tried an Orange Crush (refreshing and tangy) and then a Alex’s Lemon Wheat Ale (citrusy and smooth). I liked the Lemon Wheat better than the Reading Premier. But they were all delicious and all get a 9/10. Click here to check out their drink/beer menu.

Menu: I made the decision to look at their menu earlier in the day (tell help the decision process). However, I did not realize how big their menu was nor how many delicious foods they would offer – so it was still a hard decision. We started with cheese curds. They are one of my favorite apps, so always have to order them when they are on the menu. They did not disappoint. I give them a 10/10. They were perfectly fried, crispy and cheesy. They were served with a ranch dip and a marinara sauce and they paired well with both! Decided to order the buffalo chicken pizza and Italian grinder pizza. Both were pretty awesome. The buffalo chicken pizza (8/10) was a perfect combination of spicy buffalo sauce and ranch. The Italian grinder pizza (9/10) was like eating an Italian hoagie in pizza form. The pizza had delicious thin and crispy crust as well!  Next time I want to try one of their sandwiches, or burgers or mac and cheese! To check out their full menu, click here.

Tips/Recommendations: If you love good food, drinks and outdoor dining – then you definitely need to add this to your list! Flight of beer are available if you cannot decide. If you enjoy live music, Wednesday evenings are for you! 100% recommend the cheese curds. They are BOMB! Go with a big group, and order a variety to share. You will not be disappointed being able to try several items on the menu. As always, try something new every time you go!
