Another dip great for parties and warmer weather! If you love Mexican food like me, then this dip is for you! It’s super easy to make and very delicious!
Here is what you need:
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
I use a food processor to make the recipe even easier! Chop and mince the garlic in the food processor. I then add the lime juice, mayo and sour cream to the food processor and continue to blend until well combined. I then add the salt and blend again. Make sure you do not over salt. Add less because you can always add more salt later if needed. For best results, refrigerate for 10-12 hours before serving. Eat this dip with your favorite tortilla chips! Sometimes I will also eat it with my quesadillas or tacos. It has become my favorite Mexican dip for all foods!
