For Andy’s birthday we spent the weekend in Maryland seeing his friends and family. So obviously a trip includes foods! First up was Einstein Bros. Bagels for breakfast! They have a variety of locations for you to check out.
Menu: They have a great variety of bagels including traditional flavors and gourmet flavors. As well as sandwiches and lunch on the menu! We had a hard time deciding, and honestly I want to go back and get some bagels and try some of their other sandwiches!
I ordered the Bagelrito, the best combination of a bagel sandwich and breakfast burrito! It had eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, cheese, hashbrown and salsa wrap in a tortilla that was wrapped in an Asiago bagel. I know it was mind blowing! It was delicious, and super filling! I give it a 8/10. Andy order the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. Eggs, smoked beef brisket, cheddar with smoky chipotle aioli on a jalapeño bacon gourmet bagel. This was another big and filling sandwich! The brisket was super tender but still juicy and flavorful. The grommet bagel gave the sandwich another step up in flavor and taste! Honestly, mine was delicious, but Andy’s breakfast was better. If you know us, it’s funny because usually Andy wants what I ordered/I ordered the better item. But this time, Andy picked a winner; a 10/10 rating for sure. View more of their menu here.
Tips/Recommendations: After only being here once, as always, try something new every time you go. I regret not buying bagels to bring home- so I would recommend that as well! If you like bagels, then find the closest one near you and check it out! I do not think you will be disappointed. Download the app to order ahead and find exclusive deals!
