A weekend trip in Maryland means it is a trip that includes foods! First up was Einstein Bros. Bagels for breakfast! They have a variety of locations for you to check out.
Menu: They have a great variety of bagels including traditional flavors and gourmet flavors. As well as sandwiches and lunch on the menu! We had a hard time deciding, and honestly I want to go back and get some bagels and try some of their other sandwiches!
I ordered the Bagelrito, the best combination of a bagel sandwich and breakfast burrito! It had eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, cheese, hashbrown and salsa wrap in a tortilla that was wrapped in an Asiago bagel. I know it was mind blowing! It was delicious, and super filling! I give it a 8/10. Also ordered was the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. Eggs, smoked beef brisket, cheddar with smoky chipotle aioli on a jalapeño bacon gourmet bagel. This was another big and filling sandwich! The brisket was super tender but still juicy and flavorful. The grommet bagel gave the sandwich another step up in flavor and taste! Tips/Recommendations: After only being here once, as always, try something new every time you go. I regret not buying bagels to bring home- so I would recommend that as well!
