Lemon Cream Lobster Ravioli

I love when the lobster ravioli is at Costco and on sale! They are fresh, delicious, and great to have on hand. I had bought some clams and steamed them like last time. Their crusty French baguette had just come out of the oven and were warm and were the perfect addition to clams! And to complete the meal I made the ravioli with a quick lemon cream sauce.

I started a pot of water. In another pan a melted a few tbsp of butter and sauteed some fresh minced garlic. I then added some salt, pepper, and parsley. Once the garlic became fragrant, I poured some heavy cream and allowed to simmer as the raviolis cooked. Lastly, I added juice from half a lemon to the sauce. Once the raviolis were done, I added them to the sauce with some freshly grated parmesan. I combined all together and served immediately with more parmesan on top! It was a creamy, yet light pasta dish and it paired so well with the fresh clams and crusty bread! Made me want to go back and make my creamy linguini and clam sauce again soon!
