I still had some bok choy that needed to be cooked off and eaten. So I decided on a simply oyster sauce to go with steamed bok choy. In a frying pan I added some oil, water, bok choy (whole), salt and pepper. I allowed it steam and get soft. I combined oyster sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, spicy vinegar and chili garlic sauce to create my sauce/glaze. I poured over and allowed the bok choy to cook for 1 minute and turned off the heat. It was the perfect side veggie and a great combination of flavor.
Now, I think I want to buy more bok choy. Do you have a bok choy recipe I should try next.

I like oyster sauce too. Other than this I stir fry it with lemon and soy sauce. 🙂
