I love Blue Diamond salt and vinegar almonds. If you haven’t had them and you love salt & vinegar – you must try them! Anyways, I wanted to try and recreate them.
First preheat the oven to 350. Shout out to Lia for hooking me up with fun popcorn seasonings including salt and vinegar. I had a bag of plain almonds. I drizzled them with EVOO and seasoning them with the salt and vinegar seasoning. I baked them for about 10 minutes. As they cooled a I added a bit more seasoning. They are the perfect tangy snack and they pair very well with cheese – it’s my go to snack combination LOL.
But now I am wondering what else can I use this seasoning with (french fries for sure LOL) and how my other popcorn seasonings can be used on almonds. So stay tuned for that! Comment below with any of your ideas!
