Timothy’s is another great sports bar for good eats, drinks and specials!
Ambiance/Atmosphere: There is a nice big wrap around bar to sit with high tops plus seating. Another spot with a great outdoor patio, that will need to check out when the weather starts to get nicer. Bartenders were very nice, welcoming and kept the drinks flowing!
Drinks: They have a good variety of drafts as well as bottle, cocktails and wine. I opted to enjoy the Downeast cider they had on draft which was a cranberry at the time. It was delicious and refreshing. Perfect Friday selection. There were some pickle back shots (with Jameson) that made an appearance as well!

Menu: I was prepared and looked at the menu before arriving. I pretty much already had my meal selected when I first glanced, but I did browse. I opted on ordering the rodeo grilled cheese which was pulled braise short rib with sautéed onions and cheese on grilled sourdough. It gets an 8.5/10. It was packed full of short rib and delicious. I just need a bit more cheese! It was served with French fries that were delicious. Later in the evening, I decided to order stadium fries which were seasoned with old bay and served with a jalapeño cheddar sauce. They also get an 8.5. I love the crinkle fry but I needed them to be a bit crunchier. Click here for the full menu!

Tips/Recommendations: Definitely go would be tip number 1. There was half off apps while we were there, so enjoy the specials! I would recommend getting both the rodeo grilled cheese and stadium fries! And as always, try something new every time you go.
