Lyndon Diner (Lancaster, PA)

Hi friends!! Still trying to play catch up. So, thanks for staying tuned! My go-to favorite diner in Lancaster is Lyndon! They are great for breakfast at all times of the day!

Ambiance/Atmosphere: Lyndon is your typical diner set up with booths, tables and breakfast bar. They have great two-seater booths and corner booths for bigger parties. I love sitting at the breakfast bar as service is fast and staff are wonderful.

Drinks: I love getting a nice hot cup of coffee! Especially when sitting at the breakfast bar! However, they also have a bar, and a mimosa, bloody Mary and even a tequila and OJ has been ordered before. Plenty of options to match you mood!

Menu: Another great selection with plenty of options. Breakfast is served all day! I have gotten omelets before and they were fairly good! But my favorite item to order is the Lyndon Breakfast Special with a side of cream chipped beef. The special includes, 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, bacon, sausage, hash browns and toast. I love that it has a little bit of everything and is perfect for me since I always have a hard time deciding. It gets a 10/10.

Mom ordered the Egg casserole which was hash browns, eggless, cream chipped beef and cheddar cheese baked all together! Another 10/10, deliciously cheesy and hot! Dad ordered the Southwest breakfast burrito. Another  great item for you to order! Click here to see the rest of the menu!

Tips/Recommendations: Lyndon can get very busy, so be ware when you come at peak breakfast times! Ordering breakfast (at any time of day) is the way to go! I recommend sitting at the breakfast bar at least once! Lyndon Breakfast Special is a must order. Even if you do not eat it all, it makes for great leftovers for breakfast the next day or breakfast for dinner! And as always, try something new every time you go!
