After a warm yummy dinner at Rice and Noodles, how can you forget dessert. It being cold never stops me from ice cream! This time around, we went to Fox Meadows in Leola. My first time at this location.
Ambiance/Atmosphere: This location is set up similar to Ephrata. The line weaves you through some shopping until you order. Luckily there was no line and I could resist lol. They have a seating area inside, and an upstairs area, plus a full outside patio. I like the amount of seating at this location better! Parking is much better as well. The staff are just a friendly, offering samples and suggestions.
Menu: Menu is pretty much identical. This time, I wanted to order a milkshake. I still love that you can select any flavor or flavor variety you want. This time I went for a PB & J again and selected the PB cup, strawberry and vanilla. They also had soft pretzels staring you in the face as you order, so I had to get one of those too. Their kitchen is only open for lunch, but I love that they still had pretzel left to enjoy. All together it gets a 9/10. It was the perfect bites and selections of sweet and salty!
Tips/Recommendations: It another must try place, especially for the ice cream lovers. I highly recommend the milkshakes in your own creations and the soft pretzels! I think either location is great. Leola location definitely offers more parking and seating in my opinion. So, plan accordingly. And as always, try something new every time you go!
