Viral Cucumber Salad

So it took me a bit to get this ready to share LOL. After some time away, here I am are trying to start up the YouTube channel again. But I am apparently out of practice when it comes to recording as well as way out of practice when it comes to editing…. but here it is (on the gram) Let’s call this the soft relaunch of getting back to the YouTube game…

I’ve been influenced and had to try the viral “sometimes you just need to eat a whole cucumber .” And you know what? I did eat the whole cucumber LOL (photo for proof). It was delicious, quick, and easy to make.

I started by slicing the cucumber. Yes, I did use my mandolin. No, I had no injuries, which I say is a win! I went with a simple Asian peanut dressing. So, I added a scoop of peanut butter, salt, pepper, minced garlic, chili onion crispy, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions.  Lastly, you give it a shake and let the magic happen. I measured everything with my heart, and it came out fairly balanced. I don’t think I had an overpower of one flavor over another. I love the combination and as I mentioned I did eat it all. But I do feel like the options are endless (as you see in all of Logan’s videos lol). It was fun, easy, and delicious. So, I do think you will see more recipes from me soon!
