The other half of the scallions purchased were used for a dip. I had cottage cheese and I was looking to do a healthier/higher protein dip. Another easy recipe that you may want to add to your line up!



I started by taking about 1 cup of cottage cheese and blending it smooth. Much like the scallion sauce, I chopped the onions, kept half fresh and sautéed the other half. Then I added them in a bowl with the blended cottage cheese, everything but the bagel seasoning, salt and pepper. It was a delicious dip with veggies, chips or crackers! It also made for a great added spread on a burger!



I know I wasn’t sold on the cottage cheese ice cream, but cottage cheese for dip bases, is definitely something to try again!
