Asiago Butter

Another recipe I saw while scrolling and of course I had to try it! A cheese, asiago to be specific, and butter combination is a must!

Take a hunk of asiago cheese and chop it in a food processor. Then add a stick of butter that was soften and cream it together. The first time around with mom, it did not mix together well. I think between the small processor and the butter not being soft enough it just did combine like I thought it would. HOWEVER, the taste was absolutely perfect and cheese butter should be served at all restaurants that five you bread. Just saying. It was the perfect bite with baguette bread. I also put some on top of my steak! I now want to try and cook with it as well as try some other cheese combinations. If you have ideas or try some yourself, please share!
