Rey Azteca (West Chester, PA)

The perfect work day lunch spot was needed and Rey Azteca was the selection!

Ambiance/Atmosphere: Before you enter, stop and take your picture outside to start the full experience! Bright colors and Mexican décor fill the room. They have booths and tables for any size party. Staff are friendly and the service is so quick!

Drinks: They offer a variety of sodas, including Mexican sodas and other Mexican drinks!

Menu: I made the mistake of not looking up the menu first. A rookie move, and I should know better. I never have an easy time deciding and ordering Mexican food. LOL. Service would probably been faster, if I could actual have decided. But it still all worked out! They start you off with fresh house made chips and salsa. It is so hard to not fill up on these! Around the table fajitas, burritos and combos were ordered! I decided to order the lunch enchiladas. It was one chicken and one cheese enchilada. I also ordered a tamale. It was delicious, flavorful and comforting! It was not the best tamale I had, but you could tell it was authentic style cooking! Overall it gets an 8/10!

Tips/Recommendations: They order take out/online ordering. However, service is quick. So eat in and enjoy their chips and salsa! Go over lunch, because there are a bunch of lunch specials you can order from. I highly recommend looking at the menu before you go, because there are so many options to pick from! And as always, try something new every time you go!
