“I want my baby back, baby back ribs”
Who remembers that Chili’s commercial jingle!? Pork ribs are another favorite in our house! The key to the perfect, fall off the bone ribs, is cooking it low and slow. First let’s start with the rub. You can buy your own rub, but I typically make my own!

After the 3 hours, remove the ribs from the oven. Turn the oven to high broil. Move the oven rack to the top for best results. Open the foil and drain out any liquid from the foil packet. Brush your favorite BBQ sauce on the rack. Once the oven has heated to high broil, place the ribs back in for an additional 5 or so minutes. Remove and let sit for another 5-10 minutes before cutting. This recipes gives the perfect, fall off the bone, ribs and cutting isn’t always necessary! I served these ribs with my homemade fresh cut fries! If you have a favorite rub or seasoning for ribs-please share! I would love to try a new recipe!
