I was excited to see Rice and Noodles re-opened for dine in. It just took me a while to get there. So what not go for my birthday celebrations! Plus, it was the perfect cold day for pho!
Ambiance/Atmosphere: Though they do have dine in, it is small and they definitely do more of a takeout business. There are several tables for all party sizes. You order and pay at the counter and then take a number back to the table where you sat yourself. They have a condiment table with utensils, sauces, and self-serve water. Staff were so friendly, made great suggestions, and service was quick! Don’t feel like you must do take out on a time crunch, because it doesn’t take long from when you order.
Drinks: As mentioned, they have self-serve water but they also have a few different bottled drinks and other homemade variety. I ordered the limeade, as I was looking for something sweet but citrusy to enjoy. It was the perfect drink and gets a 9/10.

Menu: The summer spring rolls with the rice paper are my favorite app to order. I love the freshness of them and the peanut sauce. This time, we ordered the pork sausage and shrimp. Both were delicious in the own way. I don’t know that I have preferred one (hence, why I decided to order both lol). I do love that their pork sausage is homemade! For entrée, I opted to order the traditional pho with rare beef. It was the perfect combination of hot and flavor! It was soothing and the beef was very tender. It gets a 10/10. I didn’t want to over stuff myself, so I did take leftovers. However, I don’t recommend. It never taste as good fresh. Plus your noodles always absorb the rest of the broth. I tried to re-create more broth, but it just wasn’t the same! Click here to see the rest of their menu.
Tips/Recommendations: If you haven’t tried it yet, you are missing out. You need to try the especially on the cold days! I highly recommend the spring rolls in either pork sausage or shrimp. If you cannot finish your soup, go back up and order a small pho broth to go. I wish I would have done this, because it would have made my leftovers almost if not as good as eating it live. And as always, try something new every time you go.
