Rolling Stars (West Chester, PA)

Work adventures are rare, but are also great when they happen! Especially when a detour for some lunch occurs! This stop was Rolling Stars and a great lunch stop.

Ambiance/Atmosphere: This cute spot gives a great deli/bistro vibe! Modern and bright on the inside, they have tables, booths and counter tops. When you walk in the doors they have a shelf for pick up/online orders and then opens up to the tables and counter. It’s very open and welcoming.  You cannot miss the bagel display at the counter and that alone makes you want to order one of everything!

Drinks: I just ordered water, but they do have a coffee bar, juices and fountain drinks! I did see Stolen Sun coffee bags, so that made me excited to make a trip back for coffee!

Menu: Obviously they have bagels, but they do offer a full breakfast and lunch menu. And you know I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. So I had to ask our server what he recommends from my narrowed options lol. I went with the Italian champion. He recommended rye bread instead of a bagel, which was good because it was a thick packed sandwich. A bagel would have made it hard to eat! It was delicious. The deli meats were almost chipped/sliced thin and felt like it was sliced fresh for my order! It was a big sandwich and I only ate half of it, but toasted back up nicely for lunch the next day. They serve their sandwiches with bagel chips. Their bagels sliced up and baked until crunch. It was such a fun addition to the meal and also was great to not have a bagel as my bread option. Their menu is pretty big, so I want to make sure I give more of it a try! Click here to see all your options on their menu.

Tips/Recommendations: First, you must try it! If your in a pinch for time, order online for pick up or do delivery! I recommend the Italian champion or ask your server for recommendations. If you haven’t had Stolen Sun coffee – do it (Hello Darkness is my favorite). Next time I want to order bagels to go because they did look delicious. And as always, try something new every time you go!
