Such strong core memories getting Freeze and Frizz as a kid. Back when there was one by the airport, before that big ass Sheetz was a thing and when they airport soccer fields were THE fields. LOL anyways … an outing with Grandma means yummy food and Freeze and Frizz was selected.
Ambiance/Atmosphere: I love that this location has kept the most of the original building. They still have counter window where you order for food and one for ice cream. They have inside seating as well as large outdoor seating for the great summer months.

Drinks: they have your go to foundation drinks – perfect on a summer day.

Menu: They have you go to snack concession style menu. Burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese etc. I ordered a bacon cheese burger, of course with fries. They were perfectly crisp and salty! The burger had crispy bacon, lettuce tomato and cheese. It had the most delicious char-grilled flavor. I ordered a single patty, knowing you had to save room for dessert. Which, that I already knew what I was going to order before we even arrived. Raspberry soft-served with chocolate sprinkles. It was like a time capsule going back to all the hot afternoon summers of ordering this favorite treat! Click here for the full menu!

Tips/Recommendations: Add it to the list to stop at. You definitely want to go for food. It wasn’t that busy around lunch time, but they got busier, so plan accordingly. The burgers are must order – I don’t think you would be disappointed. The bacon is so good, and it a must add to your burger (in my opinion LOL). Soft-serve ice cream is a must order. I recommend my favorite flavor of black raspberry with the chocolate sprinkles of course! And as always, try something new every time you go!
